SECURITY PACKAGES
PERFECT CONNECT: For new residential customers only. Promotional pricing includes cost of equipment only, and excludes taxes and permit fees. Adding optional accessories such as Door contacts and Motion detectors requires additional charge for equipment. Additional equipment may need to be purchased to complete installation. Monthly rate is based on 36- month or 60- month monitoring agreement; price may increase after contract expires. Equipment type dependent on availability. Credit restrictions may apply. If a signed Maintenance agreement is executed then trip charge for regular hours service is waved. Trip charges apply for after- hours service at the rate of $150.00 per trip. Service request within normal business hours and without a service agreement will be charged at $75.00 per trip. Unauthorized modifying of equipment voids any and all warranties and customer will be charged to fix problems even with a service agreement in place. Offers may be modified or discontinued without notice. Land line may be required. Upon early termination of contract USAPFS may charge 75% of the monthly monitoring charges due for the remainder of contract length. Additional Terms and conditions may apply.

The addition of Z-wave accessories requires the purchase of IGSM4G or GSM4G Radio. CONNECT PACKAGE: For monitoring starting at $16.95 this includes monitoring of existing burglar alarm keypad, motion & door contacts. Adding additional equipment will raise the price.
MOVE OFFER PROGRAM: This offer is available to current customers who have been with USAPFS for 12 consecutive months. Customer must sign a new 36 or 60- month agreement at USAPFS’s current monthly rate. Customer must own new home and be within a 20- mile radius of old address. Keypad type dependent on availability. If new equipment is needed charges may apply.
FEFER A FRIEND PROGRAM: Refer a friend who signs a 36 or 60- month monitoring agreement from our PPERFECT CONNECT OR PERFECT CONNECT PLUS AUTOMATION PACKAGES and you receive 1- month free monitoring, and your friend receives their 1st month monitoring free. Refer a friend who signs a new 36 or 60 month $16.95 monthly monitoring agreement and you receive $10.00 off your next bill and your friend receives $10.00 of their first bill. Any residential customer whose account is in good standing may participate in the REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM. Claims found to be Fraudulent will not be honored.
