Fire Alarms & Inspection
In case of a fire, we have you covered.
We will design a custom system per NFPA codes to make sure you have complete coverage for your business and employees.
We work closely with the Fire Marshal’s Office to ensure your building passes inspection the first time.

THINGS TO KNOW
The NFPA requires that monitored fire alarms are inspected at least annually. Non-monitored systems should be inspected every six months.
If your business is located inside the Houston City limits, you are required to have a fire alarm monitoring permit. You can get these permits from www.houstontx.gov/fire/business/firealarmpermit .

Did you know?
Fire extinguishers are labeled according to the type of fire on which they may be used.
USING THE WRONG EXTINGUISHER ON A FIRE CAN BE LIFE THREATENING

Class A extinguishers are for ordinary combustable materials such as wood, paper, cardboard, and most plastics. The numerical rating indicates the amount of water it holds and the amount of fire it can extinguish.
CLASS B fires involve flammable or combustable liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, grease and oil. The numerical rating on these indicate the approximate number of square feet of fire it can extinguish.
CLASS C fires involve electrical equipment, such as appliances, wiring, circuit breakers and outlets. The extinguishing agent is non-conducive. DO NOT USE WATER TO EXTINGUISH CLASS C FIRES. Class C extinguishers do not have a numerical rating.
CLASS D fire extinguishers are commonly found in a chemical lab. They are for fires that involve combustible metals, such as magnesium, titanium, potassium and sodium. Class D extinguishers do not have a numerical rating.
CLASS K fire extinguishers are for fires that involve cooking oils, trans fats, or fats in cooking appliances and are typically found in restaurant and cafeterias.
