A: Both cameras are great quality.  The difference is in the picture quality.  The IP cameras will give you a better resolution and IP cameras can be put on and viewed on your network.

Q: What does fixed lens and varifocal lens mean?

A: Fixed lens means you cannot adjust the lens, varifocal lens means the lens can be manually adjusted.

Q: Is it true that if my phone lines are cut during a burglary my alarm will not work?

A: If your phone lines are cut the alarm will still sound but the police will not be notified.  We can install a cell backup to avoid this.  With a cell back up, if the phone lines are cut the alarm will sound and the police will be notified.
